Role Overview: Manager, Candidate Experience

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager, Candidate Experience to join our dynamic Human Resources team in San Francisco, CA. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process. As the Manager, Candidate Experience, you will lead a team of global recruiting coordinators, driving operational excellence, and contributing to Crusoe’s overall success by attracting and retaining top talent. You will be responsible for managing the full coordination engine behind Crusoe’s hiring. This is a hands-on role responsible for building a reliable, trusted and high-velocity interview process across the company. You will manage an amazing recruiting coordination team, while also reviewing coordination and candidate surveys to influence roadmap planning and decision making.

A Day in the Life of a Manager, Candidate Experience

As the Manager, Candidate Experience, your day-to-day responsibilities will be diverse and impactful. You'll start your day by reviewing team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and strategizing on how to optimize workflows. A significant portion of your time will be spent managing and mentoring your team of global recruiting coordinators, ensuring they have the tools and support they need to excel. You'll also collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to proactively address any bottlenecks in the hiring process, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure a smooth and efficient experience for candidates. Reviewing candidate feedback and implementing process improvements based on that feedback is another critical aspect of your role. Finally, you'll be actively involved in growing the team, from sourcing and interviewing potential new coordinators to onboarding and developing their career paths within Crusoe.
