As a Pre-Construction Intern in our Data Centers division, you will be an integral part of our team, gaining hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of data center development. This internship is designed to provide you with meaningful projects, one-on-one mentorship, and valuable connections within Crusoe and beyond.
Your day will be dynamic and engaging, filled with opportunities to contribute to critical projects. You'll start by reviewing project documentation, ensuring everything is up-to-date and accurate. You will assist in scheduling and tracking project milestones, working closely with the Pre-Construction Project Managers. You'll facilitate cross-functional discussions, providing status updates to stakeholders and generating meeting minutes. You'll also help in preparing progress reports and presentations for leadership, identifying potential risks, and supporting the development of mitigation strategies. Additionally, you will be involved in tracking project expenditures and assisting with financial expenditure reports.

In addition to a competitive weekly compensation of $1,445, you'll receive a one-time housing stipend to help with accommodation costs. You should be currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or Information Technology, with an expected graduation date between Fall 2026 and Spring 2027. Foundational knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies is highly advantageous.
Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with project management software are essential.
Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and excellent verbal/written communication skills are highly valued.
You will be working on meaningful projects related to data center pre-construction, including project documentation, scheduling, communication, and risk management.
