About This Role:

As a Pre-Construction Manager at Crusoe.ai, you will be a pivotal leader in the development of our hyperscale data center projects. You will be responsible for overseeing all pre-construction activities, ensuring projects are meticulously planned, budgeted, and scheduled for success. A Day In The Life:

• Lead and manage the pre-construction process from conceptual design through to the commencement of construction.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Conduct thorough site evaluations and feasibility studies.
• Oversee the preparation of bid packages and manage the bidding process.
