Role Overview

As a Production Engineer (Storage) at Crusoe Energy Systems, you will be a critical member of our Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team. You will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and scalability of our AI-optimized cloud infrastructure, specifically focusing on storage products and services. This role requires a deep understanding of distributed storage systems and a passion for building and optimizing solutions that support compute-intensive, latency-sensitive workloads for AI and HPC use cases.

A Day in the Life

• Start your day by reviewing monitoring dashboards and alerts to identify any potential issues in the storage infrastructure.
• Participate in a daily stand-up meeting with the SRE team to discuss ongoing projects, challenges, and priorities.
• Work on automating storage provisioning and management tasks using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Investigate and troubleshoot storage-related incidents, collaborating with other engineers to identify root causes and implement solutions.
