Role Overview

As a Real Estate Analyst Intern at Crusoe, you will be an integral part of the DIG/Real Estate team, contributing to the financial architecture of our global infrastructure footprint. A Day in the Life

• Building and stress-testing Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) models to analyze potential acquisitions.
• Creating and refining proforma models for both build-to-suit and speculative development projects.
• Curating and managing our Sales Comparison Database, tracking regional trends and property values.
• Maintaining 'Base Case' proforma models for our existing land bank.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to synthesize insights and support investment decisions.
• Presenting your findings and recommendations to the team.
