A Day in the Life

  • Coordinate and manage complex, multi-stakeholder interview scheduling for executive-level candidates.
  • Partner closely with executive assistants and senior leaders to align on priorities and ensure seamless coordination.
  • Ensure job descriptions are current, compliant, and maintained; partner with managers to write/edit job descriptions as needed.
  • Help maintain relationships with outside recruiting partners and vendors such as colleges/universities, employment agencies, external recruiters, websites, etc.
  • Maintain data accuracy and compliance within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
  • Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and elevate the executive candidate experience.
