As a Revenue Enablement Manager, you'll be at the heart of this mission, equipping our go-to-market teams with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed in a rapidly evolving landscape.
The Revenue Enablement Manager role is a critical bridge between our technical teams (Product, Engineering, AI/ML) and our sales organization. You'll translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical, and compelling enablement resources for Account Executives and Sales Engineers. Your work will directly impact our ability to effectively sell Crusoe’s AI-first cloud and infrastructure solutions, driving revenue growth and accelerating our mission.
Imagine starting your day by meeting with an AI/ML Engineer to understand the latest features of our platform. You'll ask probing questions to uncover the underlying architecture, data flows, and customer use cases. Then, you'll transform this technical information into a concise demo script and a customer-facing presentation highlighting the key benefits. Later, you’ll lead a training session for new Account Executives, walking them through the sales process and answering their questions. You'll finish the day by analyzing call recordings to identify common customer objections and creating targeted enablement content to address them. This is a role where you learn something new every day and directly contribute to the success of our sales team.
