Crusoe.ai is looking for an ambitious, recent, or upcoming college graduate to join our Sales Development team as a Sales Development Intern. This role is designed as a career launchpad, offering a deep dive into the mechanics of a high-growth Go-To-Market (GTM) team in the AI Cloud space. You will work directly with our Sales Leadership and SDR team to learn sales fundamentals, how to leverage a modern sales technology stack, and execute special projects that directly improve our GTM operations.
Each day as a Sales Development Intern at Crusoe is a blend of learning, applying new skills, and contributing directly to the company's growth. You'll start by reviewing your daily tasks, prioritizing outreach, and analyzing the performance of previous campaigns. Expect to spend time researching potential leads, crafting personalized email sequences, and making phone calls to qualify leads. You’ll actively use tools like Salesforce, Apollo, and AI models to enhance your efficiency. You’ll collaborate with senior team members, receiving coaching and feedback to continuously improve your outreach and communication skills. A key part of your day will involve working on a special project, such as optimizing lead identification, automating pipeline reporting, or improving CRM data hygiene. Expect to participate in team meetings, share your findings, and contribute to strategic discussions.
