Role Overview

As the Senior Category Manager, Storage, you will be responsible for the end-to-end commercial and supply chain strategy for Crusoe's entire storage category. This is a high-impact role where you'll develop long-range category plans, lead complex negotiations with key OEMs and component suppliers, and architect a supply chain that supports our rapid global expansion. You will partner with Storage Engineering, Infrastructure, and Data Center Operations leadership to build a resilient, scalable, and cost-effective storage ecosystem that powers the future of computing.

A Day in the Life

• Developing and executing multi-year sourcing strategies for storage hardware and components.
• Leading high-value negotiations with storage OEMs, ODMs, and component suppliers.
• Analyzing market trends in NAND, HDD, and DRAM to inform our technical roadmap.
• Collaborating with engineering teams on the cloud storage BOM.
• Managing strategic supplier relationships and conducting quarterly business reviews.
• Designing and implementing a robust supply chain model.
• Monitoring supplier performance and ensuring compliance.
• Optimizing inventory levels and supply chain processes.
• Identifying and mitigating supply chain risks.
• Staying current on the latest storage technologies.
