  • Start your day by reviewing open Zendesk tickets, prioritizing based on severity and SLA requirements.
  • Engage with customers via Zendesk to understand their technical challenges and provide timely solutions.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to VMs, hardware failures, and scaling tests using CLI and internal tools.
  • Participate in alert triage, identifying and escalating critical incidents to the appropriate teams.
