  • Start your day by reviewing open support tickets in Zendesk, prioritizing urgent issues and ensuring that SLAs are met.
  • Dive into diagnosing and resolving issues related to virtual machines (VMs), hardware failures, and scaling tests using CLI and internal tools.
  • Participate in alert triage, support maintenance windows, and run node delivery testing to maintain system stability.
  • Collaborate with global SRE, Networking, and Storage teams to perform root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents.
  • Create and update internal documentation, onboarding materials, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance the global support process.
