A typical day for a Senior Cloud Support Engineer at Crusoe involves a mix of technical problem-solving, collaboration, and documentation. You'll start by reviewing the overnight alerts and addressing any critical issues that need immediate attention. You'll then work through the support tickets in Zendesk, providing hands-on assistance to customers and ensuring that SLAs are met. You’ll diagnose and resolve issues related to VMs, hardware failures, and scaling tests using CLI and internal tools. Collaboration is key, as you'll be working closely with global SRE, Networking, and Storage teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. You’ll also spend time creating internal documentation, onboarding materials, and SOPs to strengthen the global support process. Finally, you’ll identify opportunities for process and tooling enhancements, contributing to a more efficient and resilient system.
