As a Senior Compensation Partner, you will be a key member of our Total Rewards team, providing strategic and operational compensation support across our organization. Reporting to the Director, Compensation, and working closely with the VP, Rewards & Systems, you will be a thought partner and mentor to a Compensation Analyst. Your responsibilities will span the entire compensation lifecycle, from job architecture and pay program design to market benchmarking, data analysis, and communication. You will collaborate with leaders, recruiters, and the People team to develop and implement data-driven solutions that align with our business objectives and ensure we remain competitive in the talent market.

The Senior Compensation Partner is responsible for facilitating the evolution of Crusoe’s job architecture and pay programs, providing consultative compensation support to the business, evolving and maturing Crusoe’s compensation communication strategy, and supporting the expansion of Crusoe’s compensation system and data capabilities.
We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, 7+ years of experience in compensation, a deep understanding of compensation principles, practices, and regulations, and strong analytical and communication skills.
With strong performance and demonstrated leadership potential, the Senior Compensation Partner could progress to roles such as Director, Compensation, VP, Total Rewards, or HR Business Partner.
The estimated salary range for this role in San Francisco is $160,000 - $220,000 per year.
