Role Overview

Crusoe is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Construction Manager to oversee site, utilities, and outside plant (OSP) construction for our growing AI data center campuses in Cheyenne, Wyoming. This critical role will be responsible for leading the execution of early-stage and campus-wide infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. You'll be a key player in building the foundation for the next generation of AI and high-performance computing.

A Day in the Life

As a Senior Construction Manager, your day will be dynamic and focused on driving progress in the field. You might start with a site walk to assess progress, identify potential roadblocks, and ensure safety protocols are being followed.
