Role Overview

Crusoe is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to oversee site, utilities, and OSP (Outside Plant) construction for our expanding AI data center campuses in Cheyenne, Wyoming. This role is pivotal in ensuring the infrastructure is delivered safely, on schedule, and ready to support vertical construction and long-term operations. You will be responsible for coordinating site readiness, managing multiple contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This position requires a seasoned construction leader with strong site, civil, and utilities experience, preferably with a background in general contracting.

As a Senior Construction Manager, your day will involve:

  • Leading campus-level site and utilities construction, including civil works, duct banks, underground utilities, and MV infrastructure.
