full-timePosted: Jan 22, 2026

Job Description

Crusoe's mission is to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. We’re crafting the engine that powers a world where people can create ambitiously with AI — without sacrificing scale, speed, or sustainability.

Be a part of the AI revolution with sustainable technology at Crusoe. Here, you'll drive meaningful innovation, make a tangible impact, and join a team that’s setting the pace for responsible, transformative cloud infrastructure. We are seeking a Senior Creative Producer to join our dynamic team in San Francisco, California. If you are a creative problem-solver with a passion for project management and a background in the tech industry, this role is for you.

Role Overview

As a Senior Creative Producer at Crusoe, you will be at the heart of our creative initiatives. You will be responsible for the end-to-end project management and execution of creative work across digital initiatives, brand campaigns, events, and product launches. This role requires a creative problem solver with an interest in innovative approaches. As a leader, you will evolve and implement processes, manage timelines, and gather requirements and assets to ensure the timely delivery of projects within scope. This is a net-new role, requiring an expert-level lead who can successfully produce creative work, distinguishing it from a typical engineering project management track. You will partner closely with the Creative Director on staffing, resourcing, and project prioritization.

A Day in the Life

Imagine starting your day by reviewing project briefs and timelines, ensuring all projects are on track. You’ll then conduct initial project intake, partnering with the Creative Director to assign a tier to each project based on its size and complexity. A significant portion of your day will be spent in meetings, setting clear agendas, capturing feedback, and synthesizing it into actionable steps. You’ll then communicate these next steps to the team, ensuring everyone is aligned. You'll also be working on diverse projects, from digital activations to event planning, print materials, and even physical space design. Finally, you’ll oversee original content production, working closely with the Creative Director to manage video and photo shoots.
