Role Overview

As the Senior Director, Acquisitions, you will spearhead the investment strategy and transaction execution for Crusoe's large-scale AI data center platform. This is a high-impact role focused on the entire deal lifecycle, from initial sourcing and underwriting to the closing of complex real estate and infrastructure transactions. You will be the primary leader for identifying and securing new business opportunities, ensuring financial targets are met and deal structures are optimized. This position is based in our San Francisco, CA office and requires on-site presence five days a week.

A Day in the Life

Your day will be dynamic and multifaceted, involving:

  • Deal Origination: Identifying and evaluating potential land and infrastructure sites suitable for AI data center development.
  • Transaction Execution: Leading negotiations for term sheets, LOIs, PSAs, and JV agreements.
  • Financial Underwriting: Overseeing the creation and analysis of complex financial proformas to assess investment viability.
  • Capital Coordination: Liaising with lenders and investment partners to secure project financing.
  • Due Diligence: Managing comprehensive due diligence processes to identify and mitigate risks.
