Role Overview

Crusoe is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Director, Development to lead the execution and delivery of our large-scale AI data center campuses, each exceeding $1B in scope. This critical role is at the heart of our physical project delivery, with involvement in all aspects of the development life cycle, from entitlements and permitting oversight to contractor management and site delivery. As the primary development leader on these critical projects, you will be responsible for ensuring flawless execution while proactively mitigating risks.
