Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Director of Safety to lead and scale a comprehensive, enterprise-wide safety strategy that is foundational to Crusoe’s rapid and innovative growth. This role will be instrumental in ensuring operational excellence across our manufacturing facilities, large-scale power and data center infrastructure development, AI infrastructure deployment, field operations, and our expanding global workplace footprint.
