Crusoe
Crusoe's mission is to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. We’re crafting the engine that powers a world where people can create ambitiously with AI — without sacrificing scale, speed, or sustainability.
Be a part of the AI revolution with sustainable technology at Crusoe. Here, you'll drive meaningful innovation, make a tangible impact, and join a team that’s setting the pace for responsible, transformative cloud infrastructure.
Join Crusoe’s Finance team as a Senior Financial Analyst, playing a key role in supporting our dynamic, growing digital infrastructure business, including pipeline projects and operational assets. You will be responsible for financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance measurement, with a specific focus on AI-driven data center infrastructure. This role is expected to make significant contributions to enable senior leaders and executives to make business decisions, and will also provide crucial support on the Digital Infrastructure deal side.
As a Senior Financial Analyst, your day will be dynamic and varied. You might start by reviewing the latest financial forecasts with the project teams, identifying potential risks and opportunities. Next, you'll work on building financial models to assess the profitability of new data center projects. You’ll then prepare executive reports for the leadership team, highlighting key performance indicators and providing insights into the financial health of the digital infrastructure business. Collaboration is key, so you'll spend time working with cross-functional teams to gather data and align financial strategies with business goals. You will also improve and streamline planning and reporting processes, and create dashboard metrics for internal and external stakeholders. This role is based in our Denver office, five days a week, ensuring close collaboration and real-time problem-solving.
Denver is a vibrant and growing city with a thriving tech scene, making it an ideal location for Crusoe's expanding operations. The city offers a high quality of life, with access to outdoor activities, cultural attractions, and a diverse community. Denver's central location and strong transportation infrastructure make it easy to connect with other major cities and markets, supporting Crusoe's national and international ambitions. It is also home to a growing talent pool, offering access to skilled professionals in finance, technology, and related fields.
The Senior Financial Analyst role is a crucial role within the Finance team at Crusoe. Success in this position can lead to opportunities for advancement within the Finance organization, such as a Manager or Senior Manager role. With experience and proven performance, you could also take on leadership positions in other areas of the company, such as Strategic Finance or Corporate Development. Crusoe is committed to providing its employees with opportunities for growth and development, and we support our team members in achieving their career goals.
Crusoe offers a competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience and qualifications. The estimated salary range for this role is $110,000 - $150,000 per year. In addition to base salary, Crusoe provides comprehensive health insurance, a generous PTO policy, a 401(k) retirement plan with company match, employee stock options, professional development opportunities, and a variety of other benefits designed to support the well-being and success of our employees.
