Role Overview

The Senior GTM Sourcer is responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent for Crusoe's Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. This includes Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations. You'll be a strategic partner to senior hiring managers, developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of exceptional candidates. You will own the full sourcing lifecycle, from initial outreach to candidate engagement and assessment.
