Job Description

Senior Integrated Master Scheduler

Crusoe's mission is to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. We’re crafting the engine that powers a world where people can create ambitiously with AI — without sacrificing scale, speed, or sustainability.

Be a part of the AI revolution with sustainable technology at Crusoe. Here, you'll drive meaningful innovation, make a tangible impact, and join a team that’s setting the pace for responsible, transformative cloud infrastructure.

About This Role:

As the owner of the Master Integrated Schedule (MIS) for our multi-billion-dollar hyper-scale data center portfolio, the Senior Integrated Master Scheduler drives predictable, on-time EPC project delivery. You will ensure the MIS is the single source of truth—a robust, logic-driven tool used to forecast, manage risks, and guarantee a predictive schedule.

This role is critical to Crusoe’s ability to rapidly scale, execute complex, mission-critical projects, and establish global best practices in project scheduling. You will act as a strategic lead, ensuring our infrastructure is delivered with mathematical precision and operational readiness.

What You’ll Be Working On:

  • Schedule Development & Governance: Develop and govern conceptual and detailed EPC schedules covering stage gates, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning. Lead the baseline schedule approval process with all stakeholders.
  • Critical Path & Risk Analysis: Expertly create and analyze Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules. Identify and manage near-critical and commissioning-critical paths, developing proactive mitigation and recovery plans.
  • Contractor Integration: Masterfully review and integrate complex contractor schedules into the definitive MIS, performing Time Impact Analyses (TIA) to support contract claims and negotiations.
  • Progress & Predictive Analytics: Establish a quantity-based progress measurement system. Perform schedule health checks using tools like Acumen Fuse and lead Monte Carlo simulations to determine confidence levels for key milestones.
  • Commissioning & COD Integration: Ensure seamless integration of testing, turnover, and final acceptance into the MIS. Verify that the Commercial Operation Date (COD) is always logic-driven and risk-adjusted.
  • Executive Reporting: Produce weekly and monthly updates, integrated look-ahead plans, and concise narrative reports for senior leadership.
  • Leadership & Standards: Establish and champion all Primavera P6 standards and templates. Mentor project controls teams and project managers on scheduling principles and analytical techniques.

Day in the Life of a Senior Integrated Master Scheduler at Crusoe:

Your day as a Senior Integrated Master Scheduler at Crusoe will be dynamic and impactful. You'll start by reviewing the Master Integrated Schedule (MIS) for Crusoe’s hyper-scale data center projects, identifying potential bottlenecks and critical path issues. A significant portion of your day will be spent collaborating with project managers, engineers, and contractors to gather progress updates and integrate them into the MIS. You will analyze contractor schedules and perform Time Impact Analyses (TIA) to support contract negotiations. You will also be using Acumen Fuse to perform schedule health checks and leading Monte Carlo simulations to assess project risks and confidence levels. You'll prepare and present executive reports to senior leadership, highlighting key milestones, potential delays, and mitigation plans. Additionally, you'll be responsible for establishing Primavera P6 standards, templates, and mentoring project teams on scheduling best practices.
