Role Overview

As a Senior Manager, Finance at Crusoe, you will be a key member of the CFO organization, responsible for solving complex strategy and operational opportunities. Reporting to the Senior Director, Finance, you will serve as a Corporate Finance Liaison, working closely with cross-organizational partners to drive change at scale. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing best-in-class financial planning processes, including budgeting and multi-year forecasting, across the entire organization.

This role demands a structured thinker and problem-solver who can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and deliver value quickly. You must be comfortable working under tight deadlines, multi-tasking, and collaborating across teams while leading a team of 3 by example.
