Role Overview

As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in building and scaling Crusoe's Manufacturing and Power Infrastructure teams. You'll be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting top talent to conducting interviews, managing compensation negotiations, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Your expertise in full-cycle recruiting, coupled with your strong communication and relationship-building skills, will be essential in achieving our hiring goals.

A Day in the Life

Your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Proactively sourcing candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, industry events, and referrals.
