We're looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Recruiter, Customer Experience to join our growing GTM (Go-To-Market) organization. In this role, you'll be the primary owner of recruiting for Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Support Engineering, and Customer Experience roles. You'll partner closely with our Senior Director of Customer Experience and act as a talent partner, managing senior stakeholders and driving complex, high-bar hiring end-to-end.

A Day in the Life

Imagine starting your day by reviewing your open requisitions, prioritizing the most critical Customer Success Manager roles. You connect with the hiring manager to discuss candidate feedback and adjust the search strategy. Next, you dive into LinkedIn Recruiter, identifying and engaging passive candidates with experience in cloud infrastructure and customer-centric solutions. You spend the afternoon conducting phone screens, assessing candidates' technical skills, communication abilities, and cultural fit. You wrap up the day by updating the ATS with detailed notes and scheduling interviews for promising candidates.
