Role Overview

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Recruiter, Customer Experience to join our growing GTM (Go-To-Market) organization. In this role, you'll be the primary owner of recruiting for Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Support Engineering, and Customer Experience roles. You'll partner closely with our Senior Director of Customer Experience and act as a talent partner, managing senior stakeholders and driving complex, high-bar hiring end-to-end.

You connect with the hiring manager to discuss candidate feedback and adjust the search strategy.
