Senior Recruiter, Customer Experience at Crusoe - San Francisco

Role Overview

Crusoe Energy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our growing Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. As a Senior Recruiter, Customer Experience, you will be the primary owner of full-cycle recruiting for various GTM roles, including Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Support Engineering, and Customer Experience positions. You will partner closely with our Senior Director of Customer Experience and other senior stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and build effective talent pipelines.

This role requires a highly autonomous recruiter who can manage complex, high-bar hiring processes from end to end, manage senior stakeholders effectively, and operate as a true talent partner. You will inherit an active requisition load and play a critical role in enabling the recruiting team to scale by taking ownership of execution while leadership focuses on strategy, planning, and organizational design.

  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand their needs and expectations for open roles.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
