Role Overview

As the Senior Recruiting Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our candidate experience. You will support the Recruiting Department by managing administrative and HR processes that shape how candidates perceive our company. Your role significantly influences hiring outcomes, and you will work closely with the Recruiting team and employees across all levels to ensure a seamless recruiting and onboarding process.   • Manage relationships with external recruiting partners, such as universities, employment agencies, and recruiters.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting tools.

  • Assist with onboarding tasks, such as preparing offer letters and welcome packets.
