  • Administering and troubleshooting our recruiting platforms, like Ashby ATS and TeamOhana.
  • Analyzing recruiting processes to identify areas for improvement and increased efficiency.
  • Rolling out new features and system updates across our recruiting platforms.
  • Ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations like EEO, OFCCP, and GDPR.
