As a Senior Recruiting Operations Analyst at Crusoe, you will be a vital part of our growing Recruiting Ops organization. This role focuses on maximizing the effectiveness and efficiency of our recruiting ops function, with a strong emphasis on recruiting tools and operational hygiene. You will be the go-to expert, ensuring that our systems drive both efficiency and data-driven decision-making throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.

The compensation range for this role is between $110,000 and $150,000, depending on your knowledge, education, and abilities.
