Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to be the foundational engineer of our new Enterprise Software Engineering function within IT. Working directly with the Director, you will build internal tools, automations, and integrations to eliminate manual work and solve real operational problems across the business.

This is not a typical enterprise IT role. You will utilize AI-assisted development as your primary workflow, shipping production-quality software rapidly, while establishing the technical foundations for future hires. Your impact will come from defining specifications, context, and reusable patterns that guide AI agents, while still coding for complex problems.

A Day in the Life

As a Senior Software Engineer at Crusoe, your day might involve:

• Collaborating with Finance, Operations, or HR to understand their needs and design a software solution.
