RESUME AND JOB
Crusoe
Crusoe is on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. We're building the engine that powers a world where people can create ambitiously with AI — without sacrificing scale, speed, or sustainability. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be a key player in our Product & Platform organization, responsible for driving the recruitment of top-tier Product Managers (PMs) and Technical Program Managers (TPMs). This role requires a highly autonomous individual who can manage complex hiring processes end-to-end, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and act as a true talent partner. You'll inherit a high-impact requisition load and play a critical role in scaling our recruiting team.
Your day will involve a mix of strategic planning and hands-on execution. You'll start by reviewing open requisitions and prioritizing your efforts based on business needs. You'll then engage in sourcing activities, using LinkedIn and other channels to identify potential candidates. After identifying suitable candidates, you'll conduct recruiter screens to assess their product judgment, technical depth, and leadership capability. Throughout the day, you'll communicate with hiring managers, providing updates on your progress and seeking their input. You will also manage candidate pipelines, ensuring that all candidates have a positive experience. Finally, you'll participate in offer strategy discussions, working with leadership and compensation teams to craft competitive offers.
San Francisco is the heart of the tech industry, a hub of innovation and talent. By working in our San Francisco office, you'll be immersed in a vibrant ecosystem of startups, established tech companies, and leading research institutions. This location provides access to a diverse talent pool and opportunities for professional growth. San Francisco also offers a unique cultural experience, with world-class restaurants, museums, and outdoor activities.
As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Crusoe, you'll have opportunities to advance your career in several directions. You could move into a recruiting leadership role, managing a team of recruiters and overseeing the entire recruiting process. Alternatively, you could specialize in a particular area of recruiting, such as executive search or diversity and inclusion. You could also transition into a human resources management role, where you'd be responsible for a broader range of HR functions. Crusoe is committed to providing its employees with opportunities for growth and development.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package that is commensurate with your experience and qualifications. The estimated salary range for this role is $160,000 to $230,000 per year. In addition to salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance (medical, dental, vision), paid time off and holidays, a retirement plan with company match, professional development opportunities, employee stock options, wellness programs, commuter benefits, flexible work arrangements, life insurance, disability insurance, and an employee assistance program.
At Crusoe, we foster a collaborative and supportive work environment. We believe that our employees are our greatest asset, and we are committed to providing them with the resources and opportunities they need to succeed. We value innovation, creativity, and a passion for excellence. We encourage our employees to take risks, learn from their mistakes, and push the boundaries of what's possible. We are also committed to diversity and inclusion, and we strive to create a workplace where everyone feels welcome and respected.
