Role Overview

Crusoe Energy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Transactional & Corporate Paralegal to join our growing legal team in Denver, Colorado. This role is crucial in supporting our finance team with debt finance and mergers & acquisitions (M&A) activities. As a Senior Paralegal, you will be responsible for managing administrative workflows, coordinating due diligence, and handling closing logistics. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with extensive experience in high-volume transactional practices and a deep understanding of complex loan transactions and corporate governance.

Day in the Life

As a Senior Transactional & Corporate Paralegal at Crusoe, your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Managing the administrative and logistical aspects of debt finance and M&A transactions.
  • Collaborating with outside counsel and the finance team to manage closing checklists and signature packets.
  • Coordinating legal due diligence workstreams and organizing deal files.
