As a Senior Transactional & Corporate Paralegal, you'll be a vital part of this mission, supporting our Finance team and contributing to our continued growth.
As a Senior Transactional & Corporate Paralegal at Crusoe, you will play a critical role in supporting our Finance team, focusing on debt finance and mergers & acquisitions (M&A). This is a high-impact role that requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with significant experience in a high-volume transactional practice. Your responsibilities will include managing the administrative and logistical aspects of deal lifecycles, coordinating due diligence, managing virtual data rooms, ensuring KYC compliance, and maintaining corporate records. You will also assist with initiatives to improve deal and corporate governance efficiency.
