Crusoe is seeking a well-rounded and experienced Sr. Manager, Air Compliance - Data and Systems to join our expanding Environmental team in our Denver office. This new role will be a critical partner to our Operations and Manufacturing teams, ensuring that all air quality compliance obligations are identified, obtained, and authorized in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical understanding of environmental air regulations and will be a proactive, solutions-focused team member who can communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. This is a full-time position.
As the Sr. Manager, Air Compliance - Data and Systems, your day will be dynamic and multifaceted. You might start by reviewing stack test data to ensure compliance with regulatory methods and performing quality control. Then, you could be collaborating with the Operations team to address air quality concerns related to engine emissions, ensuring that all activities align with permit requirements. You may then participate in the development of a new Environmental Management System (EMS), working with IT to integrate data collection and reporting functionalities. Preparing reports for regulatory agencies and conducting internal audits might also be on your agenda. Throughout the day, you will be training personnel on air quality compliance procedures and responding to any non-compliance events, performing root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions.

They will manage emissions tracking and reporting, develop and implement environmental management systems, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
A university degree in Engineering or a related science degree (Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental) is required, along with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in air quality compliance. Experience with Title V, PSD, and minor permits is essential.
