Role Overview

As the Sr. Manager, People Operations, you will serve as a vital bridge between the central HR function and Crusoe's operations in Tulsa. This is a dual role requiring both strategic leadership and hands-on involvement. You will manage and develop a local team while acting as the on-site representative for People Operations across Crusoe’s two Tulsa locations. Your key responsibilities include policy implementation, compliance, employee lifecycle management, employee relations, and fostering a positive and inclusive company culture.

A Day in the Life

Your day might start with a team meeting, setting priorities and addressing any immediate concerns. You could then move into a discussion with site leadership about workforce planning or participate in the onboarding of new hires. A significant portion of your time will be spent coaching your team, providing feedback, and ensuring they have the resources they need. You'll also collaborate with HR Business Partners to address employee relations issues and drive DEIB initiatives. Throughout the day, you'll be the visible face of HR, available to answer questions and provide support to all Crusoe employees in Tulsa.
