Role Overview

Crusoe Energy Systems is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Integration Engineer to join our dynamic team in Denver, Colorado. In this critical role, you will be at the forefront of integrating our innovative Spark modular data centers (MDCs) with high-performance networking, power systems, and AI compute infrastructure. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that each Spark unit functions as a seamlessly integrated “region in a box,” optimized for the most demanding AI workloads. This role demands a deep understanding of both physical infrastructure and digital systems, requiring you to bridge the gap between hardware and software to create a cohesive and efficient operational environment.

As a Systems Integration Engineer at Crusoe, your day will be varied and challenging, encompassing a wide range of tasks and responsibilities. A typical day might include:

  • Collaborating with Electrical Engineers to review and refine site one-line diagrams and power distribution plans.
  • Working with the Networking team to standardize the deployment of leaf/spine switches and fiber management within the MDCs.
  • Partnering with Crusoe Industries (CI) and the Product team to optimize thermal management and ensure optimal compute and GPU performance.
  • Assisting R&D in the testing and validation of next-generation Spark prototypes designed for liquid cooling.
