Technical Project Manager - Crusoe Energy

Role Overview

As a Technical Project Manager at Crusoe, you will be at the forefront of deploying cutting-edge AI infrastructure. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of Spark deployments, from the moment a unit leaves the factory to when it is 'Available to Customer' (ATC) in the field. This role is critical to Crusoe's mission of accelerating the abundance of energy and intelligence, ensuring our modular power and compute infrastructure is rapidly built and deployed.

A Day in the Life

Your day-to-day will involve a mix of strategic planning, problem-solving, and coordination across multiple teams and external partners. You'll start by reviewing project schedules and identifying potential bottlenecks in procurement, construction, networking, or power readiness. A significant portion of your time will be spent communicating with internal teams like Manufacturing, Construction, and the Spark Business Unit, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed. You'll also be managing relationships with EPC firms and other contractors, ensuring they meet our standards for safety, quality, and timeliness. You'll also be refining the Spark Deployment Playbook to standardize our deployment processes.
