You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of Spark deployments, from the moment a unit leaves the factory to when it is 'Available to Customer' (ATC) in the field. Your day-to-day will involve a mix of strategic planning, problem-solving, and coordination across multiple teams and external partners. You'll start by reviewing project schedules and identifying potential bottlenecks in procurement, construction, networking, or power readiness. A significant portion of your time will be spent communicating with internal teams like Manufacturing, Construction, and the Spark Business Unit, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed. You'll also be managing relationships with EPC firms and other contractors, ensuring they meet our standards for safety, quality, and timeliness. You'll also be refining the Spark Deployment Playbook to standardize our deployment processes.
