Each day as a Technical Trainer at Crusoe presents a dynamic mix of responsibilities, designed to foster a skilled and engaged workforce. A typical day might begin with a review of upcoming training sessions, ensuring all materials are updated and equipment is ready. You could then lead a hands-on training session on sheet metal fabrication, guiding new hires through the process while reinforcing safety protocols for experienced staff. The afternoon might involve collaborating with department managers to identify emerging skill gaps and brainstorming solutions for future training needs. You might also spend time developing new video tutorials or updating written manuals to reflect the latest production techniques. The day concludes with an evaluation of employee performance through practical tests, ensuring that individuals receive proper certification and recognition for their accomplishments.
