Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Collaboration Specialist, your impact will be felt daily through hands-on leadership and collaboration:

• Manage daily customer queries on Supply Chain topics, serving as the primary point of contact for headquarters of key retail partners.
• Coordinate promotional volumes and additional demand alongside Demand and Inventory Planners and the Commercial team.
• Address delivery compliance issues with root-cause analysis and swift corrective actions.
• Lead regular operational and strategic meetings, delivering updates, performance reviews, and risk assessments.
• Negotiate operational arrangements and SLA parameters with a calm, partnership-oriented approach.
• Collaborate with Sales to align on commercial activities, resolve bottlenecks, and support customer initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, proactively enhancing efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

To thrive in this role, you’ll need a blend of technical expertise, communication prowess, and commercial savvy:

• Fluency in Dutch and English, with Dutch as the primary language for customer and team interactions.
• Experience in FMCG Supply Chain, ideally in Customer Collaboration, Demand Planning, Logistics, or Customer Service.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Economics, Commercial, or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for data-driven discussions with customers.
• Commercial awareness and effective collaboration with Sales and internal stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-driven attitude focused on continuous improvement and ownership.
• Proficiency in MS Office and planning/ERP systems like SAP or JDA.
