Role Overview

The Customer Development Representative (CDR) role at CrowdStrike in Austin, TX, is a hybrid position designed for ambitious professionals eager to launch a career in cybersecurity sales. Key Responsibilities

Drive Outbound Campaigns

Execute targeted outbound campaigns promoting CrowdStrike products absent from customers' portfolios, leveraging the Falcon platform's unmatched capabilities to highlight untapped value.

Collaborate on Account Strategies

Work with Corporate Account Managers to develop strategic customer account plans and white space strategies, uncovering growth opportunities in key accounts.

Account Mapping and Updates

Participate in weekly team sessions for account mapping, providing updates on new opportunities and pipeline generation to ensure alignment and momentum.

Intelligence Gathering

Collect and document critical account intelligence, including channel partnerships, tech ecosystems, and competitive landscapes to inform targeted approaches.

Lead Follow-Up

Follow up on high-priority events and marketing-driven inbound activities, nurturing leads into qualified meetings with cybersecurity decision-makers.

Qualifications & Requirements
