Distributor Management

Oversee distributor/hub/spokes appointments and retirements for territories. Maintain distributor health by ensuring adherence to the Joint Business Plan and optimizing ROI. Collaborate on recruitment and retention of sales representatives, minimize expiry/stales through FIFO and stacking norms, track timely order deliveries, ensure food compliance, and facilitate distributor development in PepsiCo sales competencies.
