Conducting credit checks, unblocking orders, and proactive out-of-stock communications are essential to maintain customer satisfaction.

Stock & Delivery Coordination

Perform stock checks to confirm product availability, align on operational Available-to-Promise (ATP) with supply planning, and create final delivery details. Follow up with third-party logistics (3PL) providers on order status, close unconfirmed or undelivered orders, and manage returns by creating return deliveries and coordinating pickups with warehouses and 3PL.

Customer & Issue Resolution

Proactively contact customers to resolve complex requirements efficiently. Coordinate between call centers and departments via phone, Zoom, email, or in-person meetings. Align on issue resolution, especially for large quantity errors, health issues, or damages, ensuring optimal solutions that align with business goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates need a university degree and proficiency in both English and German, as you'll communicate with DACH BU Supply Chain teams. Previous exposure to customer order management is a plus, with a minimum of 1 year of experience demonstrating strong stakeholder management and alignment to external customer needs. Excellent analytical and numerical skills, superior communication and interpersonal abilities, and advanced knowledge of Excel and the MS Office package are mandatory.
