 We are looking for a Customer Service Professional.
 
This position is available for Chennai Location.
 
You’ll make a difference by:
 
Making every customer interaction a satisfying experience through a professional, outgoing, and personable attitude.
Resolving customer requests, questions and complaints effectively, frequently requiring analysis of situations to determine best use of online or                       technical support resources.
Serving as liaison between the customer and the Technical Support team and if appropriate, escalating cases up the support chain in a timely and                  effective manner.
Ensuring that all relevant communication, documents, and files related to the case are accurately recorded in the support system.
Providing timely & accurate status updates to customers and relevant internal stakeholders.
Continuing effort to acquire and maintain good knowledge of Milestone’s products as well as Support procedures, practices, and policies
 
You’ll win us over by:
 
Having An engineering degree or Masters within IT.
1 - 5 Years of Relevant experience in field of technical documentation
Experience in providing technical support for external clients.
Having knowledge with IP Network, Storage Technologies, Remote troubleshooting skills.
Having Technical understanding and practical experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems and relevant technologies.

Preferred Certification:
 
• Milestone Certified Integration Engineer (MCIE).
