The Customer Success Manager (CSM) role at CrowdStrike in Spain is a remote position focused on maximizing customer value from our Next-Gen SIEM/LogScale product suite. As a trusted advisor, you'll develop deep insights into your customers' businesses and objectives, ensuring project success, retention, and growth. This role demands a motivated self-starter with strong customer service skills, technical problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to ongoing self-education.
Working remotely from anywhere in Spain, you'll advocate for customers while collaborating with internal teams to drive outcomes. Leverage the Falcon platform's capabilities in log management and security operations to help customers achieve their security goals and expand their usage of CrowdStrike solutions.
Build and foster strong relationships with customers in your book of business, driving engagement, retention, and expansion. Proactively identify opportunities, surface feature requests to product and engineering teams, and take action when issues arise.
Create tailored success plans aligned with customer outcomes, setting measurable goals and timelines for onboarding and growth. Drive product adoption of Next-Gen SIEM/LogScale to ensure maximum ROI.
Manage renewal risks, collaborate with sales executives for remediation, upsells, and successful renewals. Conduct strategic business reviews covering priorities, product roadmaps, satisfaction, usage patterns, and best practices.
Serve as the customer's voice internally, documenting feedback and leveraging technical expertise from development engineers and knowledge bases. Drive escalations with executive management and contribute to customer references and success stories.
Create knowledge base content, participate in technical communications, and share best practices on new technologies and complementary security applications.
To succeed, you'll need a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, plus at least 3 years in a CSM or TAM role. Excellent customer service skills, technical credibility, communication (written and verbal), problem-solving, and a collaborative attitude are essential. Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security, and cutting-edge infrastructures is required, along with up to 25% travel.
Stand out with 3+ years in Customer Success/Support/TAM in SaaS, familiarity with DevOps, IT operations, Security, Cloud, software integration projects, or log management experience.
