Key Responsibilities at MongoDB

  • Gather feedback and identify obstacles to inform Product, Sales, and Leadership on enhancing customer health at scale.
  • Run proactive risk mitigation, resolving critical issues like outages or custom MongoDB implementations with agility.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with C-suite executives, aligning on objectives and mutual success plans.
  • Utilize Salesforce to document interactions and provide feedback on MongoDB Atlas signals for account health.
  • Optimize customer environments for MongoDB best practices, reducing spend waste and accelerating growth.
  • Contribute to evolving Scaled CS strategies with an entrepreneurial mindset to scale resources effectively.
