Key Responsibilities at MongoDB

  • Act as the primary point of contact for MongoDB end-users, leveraging technical expertise and account management skills
  • Work as a strategic advisor providing MongoDB best practices and technology strategy guidance
  • Run enablement sessions on MongoDB Atlas, aggregation pipelines, and schema design
  • De-escalate critical issues including outages with financial business impact
  • Build and execute account plans mitigating risk and driving growth 3+ quarters ahead
  • Collect customer feedback to inform Product, Professional Services, and Leadership teams
  • Serve as the critical link between customers and MongoDB product engineering
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Solutions Architects, and Technical Services
  • Optimize customer technical environments and MongoDB spend efficiency
