The Customer Value Architect - Enterprise (Remote) is a pivotal role partnering with sales and customers to drive onboarding, Falcon Flex adoption, activation, and platform value realization. This position minimizes churn and contraction while bridging the gap between sales and delivered outcomes. You’ll ensure customers maximize their security investment and grow their relationship with CrowdStrike. Delivering tailored value propositions and post-investment Executive Business Reviews (EQBRs), you’ll address unique cybersecurity needs. Based in the West (MST/PST), this role involves up to 40% travel and focuses on large enterprise accounts.
Lead onboarding execution and define customer success plans. Partner with sales to expand Falcon Flex usage, building relationships with key decision-makers. Serve as the post-sale primary contact for activation, consumption, and value realization. Navigate complex enterprise environments to promote competitive propositions and achieve renewals through demonstrated value.
Conduct business value analyses showcasing ROI and financial impact. Develop and deliver EQBRs with value insights, accelerating module adoption and Falcon Flex growth. Share proof-points with sales teams for cross-sell/upsell opportunities. Proactively identify risks, support renewals, and minimize attrition.
Drive additional Falcon Flex consumption in defined territories. Develop adoption roadmaps aligned with security objectives. Monitor usage patterns to spot risks and opportunities. Maintain expert knowledge of Falcon products and sell to CXO-level executives.
Success demands advanced experience resolving complex issues creatively. You need deep industry knowledge of customer decision-making, goals, and objectives. Expert presentation, customer service, financial acumen, and negotiation skills are essential.
