Role Overview

The Customer Value Strategist (Remote) role at CrowdStrike is pivotal in owning and scaling our Customer Value Program across Marketing, Sales, and Sales Enablement. Reporting to the Director, Value Strategy and Program, you'll drive strategy, execution, and measurement of initiatives that prove customer outcomes and accelerate sales cycles.   • Develop compelling narratives, playbooks, webinars, and case studies tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau or PowerBI to track KPIs, analyze trends, and demonstrate ROI through data storytelling.
  • Monitor industry trends, advise on value model optimizations, and provide field enablement via training and support.
  • Continuously optimize program effectiveness based on feedback and data.

  • 5+ years in business value, sales operations, product marketing, or strategic program management.
  • Track record developing strategies, benchmarks, and enablement with Marketing/Sales.

  • Data fluency: analysis, dashboard building, insights from data.
  • Mastery of NPV, IRR, Payback, TCO, and methodologies like MEDDPICC, Value Selling.
  • Excellent content and communication skills for technical/executive audiences.
  • Advanced PowerPoint, Excel; experience with Salesforce, Gainsight.
  • High EQ, executive presence for senior leadership presentations.
