Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Duty and Valuation Oversight

Manage duty payments, customs valuation, and reconciliation processes for accurate, timely filings. Review valuations to align with transfer pricing and support productivity initiatives for duty cost reductions, especially for new products or market entries.

Trade Program Expertise

Conduct origin qualification analyses under Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) to enable duty savings. Determine tariff classifications for raw materials and finished goods per PGCS GCT protocols. Advise on tariff implications for product innovations.

Security and Process Leadership

Lead preparation and maintenance of CTPAT/AEO certification for supply chain security. Develop SOPs, identify automation opportunities, and support new C&T initiatives for enhanced efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education and Certifications

A Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Law, Business Administration, or a related field is required. US CBP Licensed Broker certification is highly preferred. CTPAT/AEO training is beneficial.

Experience

Minimum 10 years in cross-border activities at world-class companies, with hands-on experience using FTAs, duty programs, and customs systems. Proven track record in process improvement is advantageous.
