Role Overview

As a Cylinder Line Operator (m/w/d) at SodaStream in Limburg, you will play a vital role in the production of CO2 cylinders essential for home carbonation systems. Starting from June 1, 2025 (or earlier), this full-time position operates in a 3-shift system, ensuring efficient sorting, refilling preparation, inspection, repair, and packaging of pressure gas cylinders. Compliant with pressure equipment directives and TÜV standards, this hands-on role supports SodaStream's mission to make sustainable sparkling beverages accessible. Key Responsibilities

• Operate the cylinder sorting machine efficiently.
• Receive training on troubleshooting machine disruptions and handling breakdowns.
• Prepare pressure gas cylinders for refilling processes.
• Conduct thorough inspections for damage, valve contamination, body shrink issues, and TÜV approvals.
• Identify and sort out manipulated, oxidized, or rusty cylinders, performing necessary repairs.
• Master manual sorting techniques for cylinders.
• Package cylinders according to precise guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a natural aptitude for hands-on, technical work. Prior experience in machine operation or the beverage industry is advantageous but not mandatory, as comprehensive training is provided. Reliability, strong team spirit, and openness to collaborating with diverse nationalities are essential. You must execute tasks independently and orderly following instructions. Proficiency in reading and understanding German instructions is required, along with basic PC skills for operational support.
