This position reports to the Sales Manager – Energy+ India and is part of the Energy+ Sales team located in Mumbai, India and will be working remotely.

In this role, you will be demonstrating competencies:

Strategic thinker who is an account relationship builder, driven to win through knowing your customer, leveraging problem solving abilities, networking internally, and focusing on long-term customer satisfaction.

Customer-Centric Mindset: Focusing on customer satisfaction and long-term relationship development.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Own the account relationship to secure annual growth objectives
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and orders targets as assigned by Energy+ management.
  • Drive business expansion by significantly increasing market share in existing accounts through establishing and nurturing strong relationships with end-users and customer management. Promote all Pall technologies and capabilities, including Growth - Equipment, Services & ET, and all other Energy+ products.
  • Identify and prioritize high-value customer capacity expansion opportunities for further development by Sales and/or Strategic specialists, providing strategic support to ensure successful sales completion.
  • Provide expert technical support (leveraging Field Sales Specialists and/or Strategic Specialist (where needed) to develop and support solutions that exceed customers’ expectations.
  • Report and communicate all high-value business opportunities, solution concepts, and strategies to Pall management through SFDC and Energy+ SW and tools such as account plans

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • B.E/B.Tech (Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial). MBA preferred
  • 7-9 yrs of relevant Sales experience
  • 5+ years’ relevant work experience in providing products and services to Refinery, Oil & Gas, Chemica, Polymer & General Industrial industries and similar industries preferred.
  • Outstanding presentation, negotiation, troubleshooting and communication skills (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to travel – 70% travel, overnight, within territory or locations.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
